Aesthetics. Operations. Hospitality. The food. Your name carries through the workspace and the couple’s portal, and you decide section by section what they see.

We do not contact your couples. Your clients stay yours.

06 · How we decide

What we uphold.

Role-first
Six roles across seven actions. Planners, production, couples and vendors each see only what belongs to them.
Private by default
Budget, seating, documents and invoices stay hidden from the couple until you share them.
Advisory, never blocking
A seating conflict flags; it never refuses the drop. A guest who un-RSVPs after being seated is surfaced, never removed.
Never falsely reassure
Flag a guest as needing an accessible route and, if none has been drawn, that counts as a conflict.
Nothing is clobbered
Apply a second tradition and your edits survive it. Existing entries win, every time.
