Privacy Policy

In short: we collect what you choose to tell us and the technical details any website receives. We don’t set cookies, run analytics or advertising trackers, or sell personal data.

This policy applies to blissweddingsuite.com, the Décor Studio you can try on it, the Bliss AI chat, and the walkthrough request form. “We”, “us” and “Bliss” mean Bliss Wedding Suite.

It does not describe how we handle the information a studio keeps inside Bliss Wedding Suite once it has been onboarded. That is covered in the section on studios and their clients below, and in the agreement we make with each studio.

What you send us. If you ask for a walkthrough, the form collects your name, your phone number, your email address and a message. You may also give us your studio’s name; that field is optional. Phone and email are required so that we can actually reach you.

What you type into Bliss AI. Messages you type into the chat are sent to our chat service so it can reply. Please don’t put personal details about couples, guests or anyone else into it.

What the Décor Studio keeps. The studio runs in your browser. The plan you build, and your settings, are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. There is no account, and your plan is not sent to us.

Technical details. Like any website, the servers that deliver this one receive your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser and device type, and the time of the request. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure and understand whether it is working.

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough.
• To answer your questions through Bliss AI.
• To deliver, secure and fix the website and the Décor Studio.
• To meet our legal obligations and to protect our rights.

We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We rely on your consent — for example, when you send the form or choose to use the chat — and on the other lawful uses the law allows, such as responding to a request you made. We don’t use what you send us to contact couples or to send marketing you did not ask for.

We don’t sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and each sees only what it needs to do its job:

• Formspree receives what you submit through the walkthrough form and passes it to us.
• Render hosts our chat service, and Anthropic provides the AI model that writes Bliss AI’s replies. Your chat messages pass through both. Our chat service does not save conversations to a database; the hosting platform may keep ordinary technical logs.
• Google hosts this website (Firebase Hosting). This site’s own fonts are served from our domain, so reading it doesn’t contact Google Fonts. The Décor Studio is a separate page that does load its fonts from Google Fonts, so when you open it your browser contacts Google, which receives your IP address.
• Pexels supplies some of the stock photographs shown in the Décor Studio. When those load, your browser contacts Pexels, which receives your IP address.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

This site does not set cookies, and it does not currently run analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

If you open Cookie preferences in the footer and make a choice, we keep one small entry in your browser’s local storage that remembers it. That is the only thing we store for that purpose.

If we ever add analytics, it will stay switched off until you turn it on, and you will be able to change your mind at any time from the same place.

When a studio is onboarded onto Bliss Wedding Suite, the details it keeps there — its couples, guests, vendors, budgets and documents — belong to the studio. We handle them on the studio’s instructions and only to provide the service.

We do not contact a studio’s couples. How that information is protected and handled is set out in the agreement we make with each studio.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply to you and to keep a sensible record of the conversation, and for any longer period the law requires. When we no longer need something, we delete it or make it anonymous.

The Décor Studio’s saved plan lives in your own browser. You can clear it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

Our providers run servers in several countries, so information you give us may be processed outside India. We choose providers that protect the information they handle, and we share only what each one needs.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we use it;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete it, where we no longer need it;
• stop using it, or withdraw a consent you gave.

Write to hello@blissweddingsuite.com and tell us what you would like. We may need to confirm it is really you before we act, and we will reply within a reasonable time and in any case within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied, you may also complain to the data protection authority that applies to you.

Bliss Wedding Suite is built for wedding professionals. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit who can see what you send us. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise that information will never be intercepted or misused — but we take reasonable care of what you entrust to us.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects you materially, we will make it plain on the site rather than leave you to find it here.
