Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use blissweddingsuite.com, the sample Décor Studio on it, the Bliss AI chat, and the walkthrough request form. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

Bliss Wedding Suite itself — the software a studio runs its weddings on — is provided under a separate written agreement with each studio. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails for the service it covers.

The site is made for wedding professionals — planners, studios and the people who work with them — and you must be at least 18 to use it. If you use it for a business, you confirm you have authority to do so on its behalf.

You may use the site and the sample Décor Studio to look at, and evaluate, what we make. In return, please don’t:

• copy, scrape or resell the site, the studio or their content;
• reverse-engineer, interfere with, or try to gain unauthorised access to any part of them;
• overload them, or use automated means to send them traffic or to put questions to the chat;
• use them to break the law, or to infringe anyone’s rights.

The Décor Studio on this site is a sample. The plan you build is saved in your own browser, so clearing your browser’s data will remove it, and we can’t recover it for you.

The product screens and previews on this site use made-up examples: sample weddings, couples, venues, vendors, budgets and figures. They are not real clients or real results, and any resemblance to a real person or event is a coincidence.

They show how the software works. They are not a promise about what your studio will achieve, and the details of any feature may change as we build.

Bliss AI is an automated assistant. Its replies are generated by a language model, so they may be incomplete or wrong, and they are general information about Bliss Wedding Suite — not professional, legal or financial advice.

Nothing Bliss AI says is an offer, a quote or a commitment, and it does not set pricing. For anything you intend to rely on, ask us for a walkthrough and have it confirmed in writing. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat; our Privacy Policy explains what happens to what you type.

Sending the form asks us to get in touch. It doesn’t create a contract, and it doesn’t reserve a place. Bliss Wedding Suite is being opened to a first group of studios, and the terms on which any studio uses it — including fees — are set out in the agreement we make with that studio.

The site, the software, the designs, the text, and the Bliss Wedding Suite name, logo and wordmark belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Using the site doesn’t give you any ownership of them, or any right to use our name or marks without our written permission.

Some photographs are supplied by third parties and remain their owners’ property. See the Legal page for credits.

The site may link to, or load material from, other websites and services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, the sample Décor Studio or Bliss AI.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
